The information below is for current Members of the La Cañada Thursday Club only. A password is required to access most of the documents herein.

To submit a request for reimbursement, click here for our online Payment Request form, or simply send an email to our Treasurer at lctcacct@gmail.com. Be sure to include a description of the expense as well as the expense category (i.e. “Gardening” or “Newsletter”). Attach a photo of your receipt, or you can give the receipt to our Treasurer at the next Club event or put it in the Treasurer’s inbox in the office at the Clubhouse.

Forms

  • Memorial Fund Form - Designate funds to the La Cañada Thursday Club Foundation as a memorial to an individual.

  • Program Suggestion Form - Make suggestions for future Club programs.

  • Membership Status Change Form - Request change to Senior Active status (for members age 75 and older who have been members in good standing for at least twenty-five years).

Monthly Newsletters

The La Cañada Thursday Club sends a monthly newsletter to all members. Members who have information to include in a newsletter must submit that information to the Board of Directors no later than the 15th of the prior month. Thursday Club members can access past newsletters here.

2026-2027 Board of Directors

Thank you to our wonderful Board Members for volunteering. We couldn't run the Club without YOU! Board meetings are generally held once a month on the Monday before the Club Tea. Meetings begin at 10:00 a.m.
